The quarantine during the pandemic has led a lot of folks to working out, at home or at the gym, and 28-year-old model Kate Upton is no exception. This week her trainer Ben Bruno posted a new personal record of hers on Instagram, lifting 25-pound dumbbells.

It’s not the first time she’s hit a record during the pandemic. Her hip thrust workouts made it to social media earlier in the year. This time she showed off three sets of 10 of a dumbbell squat to press using 25-pound dumbbells.

Even her trainer Ben Bruno said that this size of dumbbells were “no joke” for the dumbbell to squat to press.

In the video, Kate Upton is looking stunning in red leggings and a cropped white hoody and her hair in a ponytail. You would almost never guess that the dumbbells were 25 pounds, and she makes the move effortlessly.

Yesterday @kateupton crushed 3 sets of 10 dumbbell squat-to-press with 25 pound dumbbells for a new personal record. Strong! 25 pound dumbbells is no joke for this exercise. Kate has made big improvements on both her upper body strength and her squat technique in the past six months, which is great to see. She’s super consistent and always brings her best effort, which is the recipe for success. PS- we do a rotational press both to make it more shoulder-friendly, and also because holding the dumbbells in front of the body encourage a better torso position on the squat. Her form is great.

To inspire her fans further, Kate Upton’s trainer Ben Bruno also explained to his followers more about the movements he is working on with Kate. Anybody that wants to get Kate Upton’s physique just needs to follow some of these routines.

“Strong! Her form is great.”

His followers left notes in the comments saying “wow” and that she was “awesome.”

Overall, this workout alone will give anyone the legs, butt, core, shoulders, and arms that Kate Upton has if you rep it enough. Ben Bruno says this doesn’t happen overnight for her, as seamless as it may look. Supermodel Kate Upton is in the gym as much as six days a week sometimes, and workouts for 45 minutes to one hour at a time.

Bruno gives her about a 7 out of 10 for effort in all of her workouts, unless one like this one comes around, during which she puts out her own personal best beating her own records.
