If you’re looking to lose weight, juicing may be an excellent way to go. Not only will it help you to consume fewer calories, but it will ensure that you get more vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and liquid in your diet. The result: a healthier, slimmer you thanks to all those fruits and veggies you drink in your juices.

Want the best juicing recipes for weight loss to try? Here are a few we’ve created just for you:

The Fat Blaster

grapefruits-celery
The metabolism-boosting benefits of grapefruit mixed with the low-calorie celery juice and high-chlorophyll parsley? Yes, please!

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 handful of parsley

Run the parsley and celery through the juicer, and add a bit of the separated fiber into the liquid. Squeeze the juice of the two grapefruits into your cup, stir, and enjoy! Don’t forget to add ice.

The Dark Green Machine

kale-spinach
This is an antioxidant-rich juice that will deliver a healthy dose of folic acid, calcium, iron, and fiber.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 small bundle of spinach
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of chard
  • 2 oranges

Run the spinach, kale, and chard through the juicer. Squeeze the oranges and mix with the dark green juice. Stir in a bit of the separated fiber to maximize fullness.

The Hunger Buster

green-apple-celery
Having a hard time avoiding snacking between meals? Mix up this juice and you’ll have no problem with cravings or hunger pangs again.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 2 green apples
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 carrot

Run all three ingredients through the juicer, and stir well to mix.
For maximum nutritional value, juice the apples and carrot, but use the blender to mix in the celery. More fiber = less hunger.

The Tropical Delight

mango-pineapple-orange
Tired of only green smoothies and craving a dessert? This delicious juice will satisfy your sweet tooth without breaking your diet.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 mango
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 2 oranges

Use a spoon to scoop the flesh from the mango, and puree the flesh in the blender. Add in the juice pineapple and the squeezed orange juice for a delicious tropical beverage.

The Purple Marvel

beet-cauliflower-cabbage
The antioxidants in the beets, red cabbage, and purple cauliflower will help to combat free radicals and promote fat burning. With sweet pineapple as the base, it’s a juice you can’t help but love.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • ½ pineapple
  • 1 small beet
  • ¼ head of purple cauliflower
  • ¼ head of red cabbage

Run all of the ingredients through the juicer, stir in a bit of the pulp from the beets, add ice, and knock back!

The Diet Booster

greenapple
This is a deliciously simple juice with only two ingredients: green apples and spinach. The green apples will help to curb your hunger, while the spinach will provide antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 2 green apples
  • 1 bundle of spinach

Cut, peel, and core the green apples, and run them through the juicer. Follow it up with the spinach, add ice, and enjoy.
